Such is the power of the press and media. They have the right to receive and impart any information or ideas, regardless of barriers. The Secretariat of SAIE Model United Nations is honored to present our official news agency, United Nations News Service. It is entrusted with the coverage of the happenings of the simulated committees, throughout the three days of the conference. It is responsible to inform the masses about the discussions carried out in the committees, produce reports based on the proceedings of the committees and carry out press conferences. Maintaining clarity in its job and keeping in mind the ethics of journalism, this body is in charge of monitoring the whole conference. This committee gives a chance to the aspiring journalists to display the might of their pens and cameras, with an interesting procedure.
